Delivery & Returns
We can’t guarantee Christmas delivery anymore.
Our last dispatch date is 23rd December, we will next send out on 30th December and resume as normal from the 4th January 2021
Artwork – Parcelforce:
All Artwork orders are tracked on a next working day service (except highlands which is 2 days) unless selected otherwise.
We can deliver to you on a weekend please contact us and we can arrange this with you at an additional charge.
All other Items – Royal Mail: Our products are sent with Royal Mail and will arrive in 1 to 2 Working days.
UK Non-Mainland Artwork:
Artwork – Parcelforce:
For all non UK mainland customers purchasing Artwork, deliveries will be made within 2-3 days.
All other Items – Royal Mail: Our products are sent with Royal Mail and will arrive in 2 to 3 working days and some outer regions will take a little longer.
Parcelforce: Allure Home and Beauty offer some of the lowest International shipment rates available excluding PO Box addresses. We can’t offer every product Internationally but this will be identified at checkout.
Carriage will be calculated at the checkout prior to payment based on your delivery address provided.
Please ensure you provide an email address and phone number with international dialling code in the event your delivery courier has any difficulty locating your address. Unfortunately we can not ship framed wall art and canvases Internationally.
How can I submit a return?
In the unfortunate event you wish to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery at [email protected] with your order number found on your confirmation email, as well as your name and delivery address. You can return your unused unopened purchases within 14 days of delivery. Please note: any personalised products are excluded from our returns process.
Please ensure the product is in a resalable condition and the return reference provided is visible for our warehouse team to see.
Items cannot be returned if they have be used or purchased 14 days prior to receiving your return request.
When emailing your return request, please let us know the reason for return.
All of our emails will be answered within 48 hours excluding weekends, please do not return any items without a return reference being provided via email or phone.
On receipt of your order the goods will be checked and processed within 2 working days. If a replacement or alternative item is requested these will be dispatched on a next day service (postal charge will apply). All refunds will be processed within 2 working days.
We always recommend you use an insured tracked service to return your items, as we cannot be held responsible should an item go missing in transit or arrive back damaged and a refund/replacement or alternative can’t be processed, please ensure you package the product securely for transit.
